It
comes down to this: every organization either has records
problems or is going to have them. Why? Because organizations
have far more information resources than they can effectively
manage. They struggle against an ever-expanding infoglut and
wonder when their information handling practices will give
them yet another headache or perhaps a black eye in the media.
