J. Michael Pemberton, CRM
J. Michael Pemberton, Ph.D., CRM, is president of Information Management Associates, Inc. He is a Certified Records Manager with more than thirty years of experience in information management as an archivist, records manager, professor, and consultant. He and the other IMA consultants have created and led records management programs in the private and public sectors.
Pemberton is a 32-year professor emeritus at the School of Information Sciences at the University of Tennessee. He has taught graduate courses in records management, archives management, corporate information services, knowledge management, the information environment, and the management of information organizations. Linda W. Clark, CRM
IMA's local-government specialist, Linda Clark, has been involved in the field of records management for 25 years. After working in records management for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), she became the first records manager for Knox County (Tennessee). She has served as a speaker and trainer at both the local and international levels. Clark is a Certified Records Manager (CRM).

Linda D. Richards, CRM
Linda Richards has worked in the field of information and records management for over 33 years. She served as a Global Records Manager for Shell E&P International as well as a Senior Records Consultant for Pitney Bowes Management Services. Earlier positions included Records Consultant and Senior Records Specialist for Services Integration Group and Shell Oil Corporate Records Management. Her interests and specialties include organization, project management, procedure documentation and training.
Richards received a BA degree from Stephen F. Austin State University (TX). Richards has also earned specialty certificates as an Instructional Designer/ Developer and E-Learning Specialist from Langevin Learning Services in Canada. She earned the designation of Certified Records Manager (CRM) in 1983.

Another consultant with a distinguished career in information management is Norm Holcombe, who has been in records and information management for thirty years. Over his career he has become extremely proficient in the evaluation and analysis of existing records management programs and systems as well as the design, implementation, and management of cost effective programs and technology solutions. Holcombe's experience spans many industries, including Audit and Accounting, Aerospace, Communications, Consulting, Customer Relationship Management, Government Contracting, Healthcare, Insurance, Legal, Natural Resources, Non-Profit, Petroleum, and State Government.
