IMA staff can work with you to identify vendors that can probably meet your needs. We can guide your review of the vendor literature that comes via a request for information.

Vendor Proposal

We can send out Request for Proposals and manage that piece of work with you to find vendors whose product(s) meet your statement requirements.

Evaluation

We can manage the evaluation process of the RFPs, moving toward identifying the top three or more for interview and final review.

Vendor Liaison

IMA can interact with the chosen vendor to install the purchased software or hardware to meet your needs.
