Linda D. Richards, CRM

Richards has been was an active member of the ARMA Houston Chapter since 1980; serving on the Board of Directors, contributing to the ARMA Dilla Newsletter, and presenting at local lunch meetings and Houston Conferences. She was honored by the Houston Chapter with the Spirit of Education Award and the Frances Chartier Mentor Award for her work assisting local chapter members achieve their CRM designations. Richards has also been active in the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), serving as a Houston Chapter Liaison, ICRM Ambassador, CRM exam grader, ISG Vice President, Session Presenter and mentor for CRM candidates. She has provided CRM study sessions over the years to assist over a dozen ARMA Members achieve their CRM status.
